1. What this build does

The site is a set of static pages. There is no user account, no login, no payment, no newsletter and no form that submits data to a server. No behavioural analytics, advertising trackers, social-media widgets or third-party fonts are installed by this build. The only script is the site's own main.js, which filters records already in the page, builds downloads in the browser, prepares text drafts locally and, only if you ask it to, remembers that you have dismissed the storage notice.

We do not claim that "no personal data is ever processed". Requesting any web page involves your browser sending technical data, such as an IP address, to the server that hosts it; see section 3.

2. Local tools and drafts

The archive filters, the CSV download and the correction draft tool run entirely in your browser. Text you type into the draft tool is held in memory only and is discarded when the page is closed or reloaded. It is not transmitted, stored on a server or written to persistent browser storage. It leaves your device only if you copy it or download it yourself.

3. Hosting and technical logs

Serving the pages requires a hosting provider. Depending on the provider chosen, its servers may keep technical logs of requests (for example IP address, requested URL, time, browser identification) for security and operational purposes. The provider, the categories logged, the retention period and the legal basis for that processing depend on the actual hosting arrangement and are listed as items to be completed in section 6. We do not invent a retention period here.

4. External links

The site links to independently operated websites: the JuegosONCE results and rules pages and the Gamblers Anonymous information page. Following a link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices over which showerjuvilo.com has no control. Links are provided as evidence or information, not as partnerships.

5. Cookies and storage

This build sets no cookies of its own. The only browser storage it uses is a single optional localStorage entry, sj-storage-notice, which is written only if you choose "Understood, remember my choice" on the storage notice. It holds the fixed word "dismissed", contains no identifier or personal data, and is read only by this site's own script to decide whether to show the notice again. Closing the notice without saving writes nothing. All other interactive selections live in memory for the current page only. 6. Details to be completed before launch

The following items depend on the operator's real configuration and are not fabricated here. Where a jurisdiction requires them, they must be completed before public launch and are recorded as open dependencies in the developer handover:

• Identity of the party responsible for the website (controller), where required.
• Hosting provider and the categories, purpose, legal basis and retention period of its technical logs.
• A channel through which individuals can exercise rights over any data actually processed.
• Any later addition of a real message endpoint, analytics or advertising, each of which would require this notice to be revised first.

7. Changes to this notice

This notice describes the build as of the 28 September 2026 snapshot. If the implementation changes, the notice will be revised and the date of the actual revision stated here. The notice does not carry an automatically generated "last updated" stamp.
